Scott is a great guy! From the moment I walked in, he made me feel welcome and went above and beyond to help me. Since I live in North Carolina, he worked hard to get my truck repaired as quickly as possible so I could get back on the road and home to enjoy the weekend with my family. Scott and everyone at the dealership were professional, respectful, welcoming, and truly cared about providing excellent service. I highly recommend this Freightliner dealership in Akron, Ohio, to anyone who needs truck service or repairs. Scott, thank you so much for all of your hard work and outstanding customer service. I truly appreciate everything you did!

Professional, nice and knowledgeable. He made me feel welcome when he offered me a cold bottle water while I was waiting my turn. This Tom is a team player. Seriously. I will be back!!!

Great people except for the Isuzu parts guy, Jack. Had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to come to the desk. Had a bad attitude and trash talked the Cleveland location. I rather order and wait for parts through the Cleveland location.

The service manager, Pat Fiocca, is an outstanding individual to work with. He is respectful, punctual, and extremely intelligent. I work with many of the Freightliner dealers in the network and I know I never have to be concerned when our trucks go through Great Lakes Truck Centers shop. Customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend using them for your service needs.

Just went to Valley parts to check and buy for 2019 cascadia high pressure regulator valve for fuel pump. Their price 720, bosh price online 71, same part number. So apparently they charge about 10 times more for same part. Why those people don't realize that everything can be checked online now, and if you add 10-15% becouse you have it in stock, people will buy it. So instead today I will have part on Monday morning and I will save over 670. Unbelievable what they try to get by with. Wow.
